Artwork Specifications
Minimum (1) time charge $40 per one color:
Art & Screen charges are based on the ink colors and complexity of the design.
Since every design is different, charges are quoted on an individual basis. For
example a detailed 6-color car design might cost $100-175 to set up where a
simple 2-color design may run $50-75. This is a one time charge.
The screens remain on file for one-year. There is no additional charges if used
within the year of initial set up. If the screens have not been used after one year,
they will be reclaimed and any re-orders will be subject to a $10 per screen re-
shooting charge.
All screens remain the property of Moonlight Graphics Co. Art-work remains
the property of the customer and shall be released upon request.
Absolute minimum order (12) pieces / per design
Because we offer wholesale pricing on screen printed sportswear, the minimum
is 12 pieces. Prices are less for larger quantities.
Re-orders are subject to the required minimums and are subject to pricing of
re-order quantity, not quantity of initial order. If re-order quantity is smaller
than original order, prices may be higher. Call today for a quote.

We can accept the following: E-mail, CD-R, CD, DVD-R, DVD, USB Memory Stick.
PLEASE SUPPLY VECTOR TYPE ARTWORK. JPEG art is not acceptable.
We can read almost all computer formats but prefer the following:
Corel Draw-(.cdr) Windows version X3 or below
Please use spot colors for multicolor artwork.
Attach all fonts used in the design or convert all text to objects.
Adobe Illustrator-(.ai) windows or mac
Please use spot colors for multicolor artwork.
Text as curves or objects.
Adobe Photoshop-(.psd) windows version CS1 or lower
Bitmaps (.tif ) Vector Art (.eps or .ai)
Black & white, grayscale. ( at least 300 dpi.)
.jpg images are not acceptable and higher art charges may apply.
Embroidery Set Up:
We can read most embroidery formats but prefer Tajima (.DST) You can also submit a new
design to be digitized for embroidery in any of the above formats. Please keep in mind that
although you can achieve some detail in the embroidery process, you'll need to keep the
designs fairly simple for best results.
Minimum charge for a custom digitized crest size embroidery design is $80. This is a one
time charge.Once the design is set up it can be reduced or enlarged about 10-15%. If the
size increase is more, editing charges may apply.
